I use a 60 watt heat bulb for my male panther chameleon and I know they need a 85° basking spot but right now it’s 80° should I upgrade to a 70 or a 75 watt or is it fine as is (he is 9 months old)

I’m not sure how many bugs to feed my 5 Month old chameleon daily I usually give him 6-7 crickets a day but idk if I should give more or less (he is a panther chameleon male)
Hello I’m not sure if my chances heat lamp should be on all day my Chams breeder said we should only have the heat lamp on 4 hours a day and only a maximum of 50 watts idk if he’s right or wrong but keep in mind my Chameleon is 5 months old. Please tell me if I should change or do anything.
It looks like my chameleon is constipated I haven’t seen his poop that much I spot clean every day and I can’t seem to find it I don’t know if this is stuck poop or MAYBEY his reproductive part or just dried poop please help.
Sorry for awnsering so late I have his lights on for 12 hours a day and I only have his heat lamp on for 4 hours a day every day I give him calcium with out d3 and bee pollen and 2 to times a month a vitamin with d3 the uvb is t5 and its 6 inches away from branch
