Update, ive went and bought some turtle drops. And jinx seems to be seeing better. Also he looks like he is shedding. Could there be a connection to that with his eye ?

Yes his eye is moving on its own and he is definately tracking my movements. I will have to get some saline as i dont have a plant atm o could use. I am using calcium with d3 in a couple feedings per month, sorry i didnt answer from before

Update for everyone. I turned off his daylight bulb and left the uvb on and i just got back from.dinner and his eye seems to be looking better. I will try the potted plant in the shower thing and the saline. Thank you all for the help.
