Don’t hold onto hope, not to sound rude but she is certainly a female. Try to sort it out with the breeder if you’re in need of a male. Refund and a switch of breeder may be necessary.

No she doesn’t as she is not in there to bask or do anything besides lay. Also heat lamp on a container/garbage can like this may cook her. The lay media is moist enough to dig tunnels without collapsing? Not too moist tho no water dropping off if you grab a hand full ?

That is a female. Looks older then a month as well if I were to guess she is 2-2.5 months old. Not sure as to why they would list her as a month old, that is counterintuitive.
