Hey guys! Been awhile since my last update with Indy, today I caught her in these colors! Although I don't know what these colors mean or if they mean anything at all?

    Update

Good morning, just wanted to post my girl Indy as she went through her 5th shed, I can't remember when to switch over from feeding everyday to every other day, is it when they're 6 months old? I can't tell the age but I'm basing her age off from her sheds which she currently been through 5 sheds...

    Pure trust

So I want to make this post that after months of hand feeding and positive interactions, my veiled chameleon indy has finally trusted me enough to come out onto my hand, I know they don't bond but I beg to differ from the look she gave me when I opened her cage door and she just ran out onto my...

    Rehoused

Just upgraded my girl into her forever home as she was in a hybrid cage before but was on the smaller side, she has outgrown that and now she's in a much taller cage, is my husbandry correct? I have a linear T5 lamp, basking lamp that's 10" from the bulb to her basking branch, she has a fog...

    Feeder bite

Hey everyone, so I noticed a bite spot on my cham and It's either from a cricket or a hornworm, but the bite is very small, I took a picture from the best angle that I could get, but would it get infected or will it heal on its own with no further action needed? I'll post a picture It's just...

    Christmas treats

So it's been two days since Christmas passed, and I was very pleased to be able to celebrate it with my girl Indy (veiled chameleon) and my two leopard geckos, trout and mango sticky rice, so to kick start their day I had given them each 2 horn worms and watching them devour them brought a smile...

    Post shed attitude

Hello, I wonder if any of you have noticed a sassy attitude from your cham, so my chameleon Indy who is indeed a veiled chameleon recently had her 3rd shed and now anytime I enter her enclosure to clean or water plants she instantly becomes enraged and shows me her pissed off colors lol but...

Hey everyone, I recently read a thread about approximate age and I'm curious as to how old mine looks currently, she's a female and we got her from a pet expo back in November so we had her for a month so far, she's in the minimum enclosure size and in a hybrid enclosure, I feed her daily with...

    Does anyone have this problem

Hi everyone, so Indy is about 2 months old and we've had her for 2 weeks and I'm the only one who feeds her daily, ensures she has adequate hydration via fogger/misting/dripper (if needed), but she hates my guts and knows that I'm the only one who is feeding her but she enjoys my wife more than...

    Reptivite vitamins

Hello, Me again, as for dusting crickets daily with calcium without D3, when should I dust them with the multivitamins? She's still a juvenile and do I dust the crickets with both calcium and multivitamins or do I dust them desperately? Thank you

    Timer didn't go off

Hey, so question here, recently bought timers for my lamps and fogger, so I set the fogger to run from 230am-430am daily but this morning it never went off so my enclosure stayed at 61% overnight, will this be an issue if it's just a one time thing until I figure out why my timer didn't get off?
