Hi everyone, I have a veiled cham who is about a year old, he's a bit chunky and he always has food in his dish. Recently he has been at the bottom of his enclosure digging through the substrate looking for something. But his food dish is full, what should I do?

guys I was holding my 4 month of cham and he is super fast, he fell about 4 feet and his side immediately became really dark, it lightened up a little, but he's really out of it now. What do I do? The dark coloring is almost gone now, but I want to make sure he is ok.
