i just turned off the basking light thats a daylight basking spot by exo terra thats 50 watts....and he kinda opened his eyes and then immediately saw a cricket and went to hunt him...so that would mean that it was probably hurting his eyes?...or am i just hoping its that easy? haha!

the only reason I need the plant is because the humidity doesn't get higher the 50 and it's usually at 30....which is why I have the monsoon going every 30 minutes is to try to get the humidity up
