kk i the bulb i have provides UVA no UVB so far wich one should i get for this?

no brad he is inside temps are perfect when i use my exoterra bulb the one i posted earlyer neodynium day glow but i think it woud be good if i could provide more nutrients that come from the sun in an way because altough he does get some sunlight i dont really think its enough... oh and another...

so as heat source what do i need i think ceramic heat emiter is too hot for my cham, do i use infrared light?
