Hi clockworkboy, Welcome to the forums. I would take Hugo to the vet and get him checked out also just to be sure. Also you need to fill out your cage more/ plants/trees give him plenty of hiding spaces. He also needs several vertical branches and vines, one about 6-8 inches below your heat...
