Here is how to do it.
1. Find a cham that is gorgeous and has a very docile temperament, loves to climb out on you.
2. Tell hubby he can have this for his own and he can name it
3. Discover that he now loves ALL your chams and tells everyone about how to take care of them despite never...
I just leave them be in the same con tainer where I feed the larvae with veg in the coco coir. Once a week add more larvae for a steady supply. Eventually the coir gets soggy ( but never smells) so I dump it on the garden for enrichment and start a new batch.
Excuse my premature posting above. I was going to say that I use 2 sterilite containers, one to move the bugs into while I clean out the dirty one to use the next time. And toilet paper rolls make removing bugs for dusting easy; just shake some into the dusting container.

When these devastating days come, and sadly they eventually do, I find it helpful to have a long "talk" with them. My favorite thing they did, what they have meant to me, etc. For the animal, the sound of the trusted voice is soothing. For us, it is very cathartic.
Wishing you peace in this act...
If you use distilled water it will be very acidic. This is great for acid loving plants like azalea but a lot could be harmful to plants that need alkaline. So check which pH hydrangea prefers.
Yes he's a super dalmation. He was in a smaller enclosure as he was 4 grams when I got him-then he grew to a beast of 46 grams!
I really love this enclosure for them. More privacy than for example the Exoterra all glass ones. It is a little bit difficult to drill the top for a Mist King nozzle...
Thank you! It's still missing a few plants and needs to grow out this is the day I made it.
I understand and agree about the space. One should always get the largest enclosure one has space for and can afford.
