i agree with some reptiles being in bred for new mutations but stop after one generation. sometimes it doesn't take years, especially with pygmys with their insect-length life spans.

Also make sure to ask if a chameleon is inbred or not if your getting the cham from a breeder! My cham was sick and is getting better now but alot of the problems with her are from genetic disorders and will never go away. Kidney and Liver failure will sometimes be present with inbred Chams.
He finally used his tongue again and im so proud of him! He still needs to get used to solid food and it's alot more energetic now.
I'm still giving him the liquid calcium thing though just to ensure that everything will go smoothly and im going to start dusting his worms and see if he noshes...
I love how big their eyes are when they are so young. It's like a real life cartoon. Then they grow up and they still look like they belong in a cartoon.
