I’m curious about all of the little tiny flying bugs that seem to hang around the dirt in some of my plants. It seems even if I go a while inbetween watering and let the dirt dry, they still persist. It’s not like it’s too many but do any of you guys do anything specific to keep them at bay?

I’ve come to the conclusion that my boi is just fine, I’m pretty sure I just needed to adjust his heat lamp since he’s grown a bit since i put him in this new enclosure. I have a pc fan on the way to suck the air out and create the chimney affect. Thank you to everyone’s input I appreciate yall🤙🏻

I do have it on a timer to shut off halfway through his daylight cycle but sometimes if it’s real hot outside it’ll go above 80 at the top of the enclosure. I have only noticed him gaping under the lamp so I’m almost convinced that’s it.
