To add to the comment about getting a larger cage-when you do decide to get a larger cage, I would recommend a screen cage as oppose to glass, which it looks like you have now. It provides the ventilation that chameleons require.

Recommendation By no means am I an expert, but at this point you likely need a vet visit. Then you should review the care sheet provided in the care resources at the top left panel, because the diet, supplementation and gut load are not ideal to say the least.

Care sheet No trying to be rude but if you don't know what D3 is you should read the care sheet for veileds. It is under care resources in the top left corner. Very useful info.
