That would be perfect because I wouldn't want to get them until June anyway! Money! lol. What do you feed them? I'm still a little shakey on my knowledge which is another reason I'm waiting, but can't you use an aquarium too? You don't necessarily need the height, right?
Hey everyone,
I was thinking about maybe getting a few pygmy chams. I want some more, but I don't have the space for another veiled or a panther, so I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were.
More importantly, WHERE can I get them?
Is it your first cham? Because I want a panther too, but since they cost in the hundreds compared to may Veiled (he was 85 including shipping) and I adore him. I think I'm biased thought because I love my Veiled AND my Graceful. But as camimom said, it's what you feel comfortable with. I...
Hello everyone,
I've noticed that my Graceful, Gracie, has been exhibiting some odd behavior lately. It's only been for a couple days, but it's caused me enough worry to post because I know that Gracefuls can be rather tempermental.
I have not changed anything about my room, their...
So, I want to bake some sticks to sterilize them. How long should I bake them for? I've done some research and I think 250 is a good temp, but I don't know how long I should leave them in there for.
Suggestions?
Hey Guys. I just looked over and took a snapshot of Memphis. He's in a really weird position. He never goes down there and I was wondering what it might be. His basking spot isn't hot at all. I measure it and it's 76, but I sprayed a bit ago so that's why it's a bit cool. It's just odd that he's...
I have a graceful and it looks just like my girl! hahaha. I do the same thing basically as my veiled, but I feed her less and mist her a bit more. They like it HUMID!
My guys will eat what they can, but they won't keep eating if they aren't hungry. Just try different numbers and see what your cham likes. Some have bigger appetites than others. ^_^
I'm that person who likes advice and doesn't take it. HAHAH! I had my Graceful, Gracie, for a month before I got my veiled, Memphis, and I couldn't be happier. BUT! That was more than 5 days and I've kept a lot of different reptiles so all I was doing was tweeking some stuff around.
I would...
I feel like I've only seen Locusts used across the pond, but I have heard of it. ^_^
Also, my chams mainly eat crickets. How do you get the veggies to stay put in the enclosure? Do you use a bowl, or tie them, or what?
