Thank you so much for your reply!
He is on Panacur, so its a little more comforting to know that could be the reason and I was thinking the same with the colour.. I'll email the vet and see what she thinks and if I need to take him in again.
Hey Dylan :)
Glad to hear he's eating! At least that's one thing sorted.
I think Kate could be right.. Take that bottle out and just double check there isn't anything else that could be rough that he's rubbing his feet on.
I'm glad you've made an appointment with the vet... As Carol and myself...
Hey Dylan,
Can you post a pic of his feet??
I'm not an expert or anywhere near as experienced as a lot of others on this forum, but people will be able to help you more if you can post pics, especially when it comes to wounds. The care sheet is filled out, so that's a great start :)...
Hi everyone..
Could someone please share their thoughts on Ernie's poop?
He had worming meds last Tuesday and his appetite has decreased since. He's had only 2 crickets in the last week.
He is drinking lots, very active and everything else seems normal to me.
Is it just the worming stuff...
For me.. that is something I feel very strongly about. Why take it from its home where it is healthy? There are a lot of species available (even the rare ones) that are CB.
All that stress surely must be the reason they get sick and take a lot to care for in the right way?
I have a panther and will be receiving a veiled in late Feb.
Someone else mentioned that our choice in species depends on our location.. For me, that is exactly my problem. Here in the UAE, if you want it you can have it.. Tigers, lions, you name it.. But most are captured, bred or smuggled...
Thanks David :)
Actually, he prefers the cage door open even though he won't climb out anywhere close to bed time :p
The second his lights go out.. Eyes are closed! Haha!
Hmmmm.. So I definitely can't get RO water here and no one drinks the tap water here but it's safe for brushing teeth and washing dishes and so on..
I think I'll go with the bottled distilled water.. I can check with municipality on what's in the water, but they're always changing their minds...
