Sorta funny but I would worry about it's nose/mouth teasing it like that. My daughters room mate would tease her corn snake like that and it ended up getting a sore on the nose from striking at the glass. She did **ahem** address the situation (ripped him a new one) and he doesn't do it any...
 Wow! I'm new to the chameleon game, but that does not look good to me. I would definitely get him into the vet. Hopefully some else will chime in here and help out. Good luck.
It's a judgement call. If your cham is not getting stressed out and enjoys handling, fine. It more or less depends on the chameleon. Many would say no handling, others here handle on a regular basis. Do what your instincts tell you, only you know your individual cham. Peace.
I also use the Total Bites. They eat it as a daily diet, you can see the green in their tummies. Also add Cricket Quencher and Orange cubes (both Flukers). They are always gutloaded. Then I don't have to separate out the feeders for the day from the rest. They really go for the Total...
Dripper: use a large container, like a milk jug or other large juice container. Your drips should be about 15 to 30 seconds apart. A piece of aquarium tubing with a small valve to regulate the drip works great. No substrate...paper towels or none, you want the water to drain away...Lots of...
I wouldn't use great stuff...might be toxic. Plain aquarium clear silicone should work great and it only needs to cure for about a day. Once you can't smell it anymore, it's safe to use. And...it's water proof! :)
From what I understand, from the folks here, the "rule of thumb" is no bigger than the space between the eyes. I started my baby with very small crickets, and an Occasional meal worm. Go light on the mealies, they have alot of chitin, [the hard outer layer] and can cause impaction if fed to...
I started out with one for my veiled. It was by Zilla called Fresh Air Terrarium Topper. Here's a link. Hope this helps.

I'm just jumping in here....from what I understand, the reason for NOT glass is 1) not enough ventilation, 2) they don't like seeing their own reflection in the glass [thinking it's another cham] & 3) if "shooting" insects off the glass, it can injure their tongue. Tongue injury doesn't seem to...
rmhawk: You have to fill out the form! All of it! The folks here are more than happy to help, you just have to give the info...that's all. I'm new and have never seen any problems with them helping. Give it another shot. You'll see.
