he cant catch them as his front claws are kept right under his chin and they are almost what I would call "magneted" to each other. he is very tired and will only move his legs too tell my daughter hes still alive (hes rlly intelligent) or shake his butt at me when I look at him:p.

well the issue is his front legs, and it says he cannot regrow those. :( but since he is not MISSING his front legs, if he survives long enough they will heal at his first shed (hes just like 3 weeks-1 month old) PRAY (I love wise cracks :p) 4 goliath!!!

Ok my kid left a rock in her little praying mantis container and she asked me to hold it while she got in the car. I feel REALLY guilty because I ended up dropping the dang container and breaking (not crushed) the mantises (Goliaths) front claws. he uses these 2 hunt so he may never get food...

It may not be the tiny screen inside (though i would keep ALL of them out) but the tip itself. i would try an extremely thin needle/thin wire and poke it through the tip. not only will this make it slightly wider but it will clean out the c*** inside. (this is just me)
