Got my first UVB T5 Arcadia bulb today from Todd over at "light your reptiles"! Customer service over there us top notch btw. Its a 4ft, and plugged it into the 4 bulb fixture I have over the cages. I had a 4ft T8 up currently along with the T5 fxture because my cages are 6ft tall and the lights...

It happens with chameleons..put more branches/vines in the enclosure, and alot of plants on the bottom to cushion them. They are clumsy sometimes, or just lose grip other times...Has definitaley kept me awake at nights before. Just keep an eye out for bruising, and maybe rearrange the enclosure...

Yeah they are very costly... I can dream though. I'll probably use the design for ideas at least. I got a buddie who is handy with building stuff. I'll see what he comes up with

oh sorry I may have miss read the previous post...So they WILL fit in my 4ft HO T5 fixture right? I emailed the company to make sure, I just want to be positive before I order 4 or 5 bulbs just to find out they only fit in their fixtures. :D

their T5 Ho puts out half the light of other T5 HO's? anyone sell REAL 4ft uvb HO T5's I can put in (already expensive enough)4ft HO T5 fixture?

weird....I was shopping for these today as well....i have a 4ft T5 HO fixture, but the only bulbs i see close to my size is 46"....anyone use those in tbe 4ft fixtures?
