The first of these pics is from the day after his shed was done. The last two are from a couple of minutes ago. I took his cage outside because he seems to like it a lot, and when I opened the screen, he flared up all big and pretty! This is the most color I've seen on him yet!

I get so stoked when he snags a cricket that I didn't even see! Have you fed your cham houseflies? It's the coolest! Mine usually moves very slowly to stalk the crickets, but when he gets flies he darts into tongue-ing range and fires away. I highly recommend feeding it flies at least once!
In San Diego we have a discount store called GTM. I'm not sure if they have them in WA, but I picked up an Aqua Vine for $1.29 (6 feet). They didn't have the Bio Vine when I was setting up my cage. They have it now, and it's less than $5 for the 6-footer!

Don't get the T-Rex thermometer hat's "o" shaped, it's terrible! It seems that the only two temperatures mine read before I threw it out were 60F and 100F!

I got rid of the top few inches of soil from a hibiscus I bought from Home Depot and replaced it with some organic potting soil, but every couple of days I scrape off some of the top layer because it's getting fuzzy... The water also...
