    Female with Heart!

I agree! Valentine is a perfect name for her! That is very cool and unique - never seen that on a cham before.

    New Chameleon!

Welcome to the Forum! Leafy is a beautiful girl and your pictures are awsome!! I have four veileds - 2 of each - they are great chams! This forum is the best place (IMHO) to get info. If you have a question, no matter what type of question, there is someone on here that will have an answer -...

    Could he be blind? Update

I'm an animal lover - period. Doesn't matter if its dogs, cats, reptiles, etc. If your friend put a litter of kittens into a wood chipper because no one wanted them then he is just a twisted and sick individual. Ever heard of the Humane Society or cat rescue groups? My mom's dog had 12...

    dead crickets...

I am really impressed with it. I don't think I had to actually touch one cricket because the vac sucked them up. The batteries that come with it aren't the best, but I changed them out after using them with my 1/4" cricks, and it worked even better.

    dead crickets...

I had to send an update! I took the different methods people use and rolled them into one and cut my cleaning (new shipment) method down by less than half the time it was taking me. When I order, I always get three boxes of three different sizes in, so I spend a lot of time on cleaning, etc...

    Ghann's Cricket Farm

A big welcome! I order all my crickets and Phoenix worms from you, and have for quite some time. I cannot say enough good things about your company!! I had to order from "the other place" over the holidays because of your schedule and believe me, it was not the same!!

    dead crickets...

Okay, cleaning cricket bins is definitely not my most enjoyable thing to do, but I do it for the love of my chams (and beadie). You got my curiousity up and I found the bug vacuum on Amazon for $14.99. Couldn't resist!! Thanks for the tip!

    Instacage

I haven't used them either, although I have checked them out on e-bay. I do like the concept, but also prefer a cage that I know is secure. I have gotten my last cages from DIY, and am very happy with them. They have three sizes and can be put together in very little time. They are also...

    What soil to use?

Not to mention the fact that your Leuc dart frog will end up being lunch or dinner for one of those chams or lizards. I have kept many frogs, darts included, and you are most definitely NOT suppose to mix them. Seriously, you are setting up a buffet line for some of those critters. Also, dart...

    LLL or Screameleon?

I have not dealt with either as far as live purchases, but I have purchased from FLChams more than once and cannot say enough good things about their business. They have cb chams for sale, and right now I believe they still have 1/2 off shipping prices. Good luck making a decision!

    English Bulldog and Mini dacshound!

I call mine my little "pretend" dogs!! Seriously, they are my fur babies or as my son tells people - my mid-life crisis children!

    Screen Cage Suggestions??

Part of the problem is the cage he is in now, is a lllreptile cage, so I really don't know if another one would be better. I did go to Lowe's today and I bought a window latch that I am going to try to fix the door with. I also bought a sheet of this type of house siding, 3/4" thick, totally...

    Screen Cage Suggestions??

Please do post pics. A Reptibreeze will cost around $100 plus shipping for the 24x24x48 so I might try to build my own. Pictures and a step by step would be wonderful for a building challenged person like myself. Thanks!

Does anyone know of any Reptile shows in the Midwest? (kansas)

I live in Kansas City and have been going to the KC Reptile Show for quite some time. You can go to www.kcreptileshow.com and get info. They hold them at the Holiday Inn off of 85th and I-35 every other month, usually on a Sunday. It's okay, but it is mainly snakes, geckos and beardies when...

    Screen Cage Suggestions??

I have a 7 month old male veiled that I bought from someone locally about three weeks ago. His cage came with him. It is a 24x24x48, which is good, but the cage is not holding up. The crickets escape out of the door slot and my son is getting tired of finding crickets in his room!! Also, the...

    help me with humidity pleasee

I keep all my chams in a small third bedroom. I mist heavily in the morning before I leave for work, and in the evening when I get home from work. I also leave a half full dripper over each cage when I leave. I shut the heat vent off, and run a warm mist humidifier. I also leave the ceiling...

What else do we do with our time

I work 40 hours a week at a law firm - Legal Admin Assistant, which is just a fancy name for a legal secretary, or as I like to say, official snot blower, hand holder and butt wiper, take care of my other critters (7 frogs, a pair of Williamsi day geckos, Peacock day gecko, a beardie, 3...

    Had Some Dubia Escape

Thank you SO much. You have no idea how relieved I am. I had horrible visions in my head of having to call an exterminator! I did find one large male last night - the cat had him cornered - but have not found any more. Hopefully I got them all. Thanks again.
