    i think the bandage caused a lot of pressure on one perticular part of her leg, and must have cut off the blood supply, and i think that part of the skin is dead. but the rest of her leg is fine so far, and she has a good grip and can move them. might have to take her back to the vet.

    It looks like she isnt out of the tunnel yet, and now i cant afford to take her to the vet. one of her legs that was bandaged has a large black patch. and it looks like it's dead or dieing. she has the use of her leg, but that area looks quite dodgy.

    whats the poo like? is there any liquid in it or is it completely dry? should be small white bit, small gooey liqid and a big brown bit. it could be that he's getting all the water he needs from what he eats. or maybe you dont actually see when he drinks? i know i hardly ever do.

    with mine i have noticed quite the opposite, my male is HUGE! and has veil is huge aswell, my female is small and has a smaller veil. you havnt got them mixed uphave you? the males have a small noble on there back feet.

    How much do they drink?

    Dont try to force anythink down her throat, you can pry the mouth open carefully, and squirt a small amount (about 2-3ml) and then let it drink, and do it again. but this should only be done if it is really neccicary and they dont drink even when dehidrated.

    yea the fixture was second hand, not the UVB bulb. she has been eating a lot and drinking a lot. and she's on somethink i got fromt he vet that i have to give her 2 times a da with a syringe, called Collo Cal D, she hates it, but it has to be done.

    Everythinks expensive hear, (UK) it's just through a mesh. i wont leave it on too long, got some things up for sale on ebay so i can get the right one a lower intensity one. vets bills were £98 ($189) lol. i'll probably try to order from that site and see what happens.

    I got a Exo Terra Repti Glo 10.0 UVB Desert Lamp 15"/14W and put some foil around the back so it's reflecting better. had to buy a second hand Control Unit for it cos i'm totally out of money! and since i dont work i dont think i'll be getting another one any time soon. just hope nothink else...

    took her to the vet again today for a quick checkup, and her front arm is broken aswell, now she's only got one arm to walk about on, but the broken one is in a small chameleon sized sling. layed 1 more egg today, and thankfully she is eating. so she should recover.
