i have just taken her to the vets, they have kept her over night and are going to do x-rays. they either think she has broken her leg (which is fixable), a calcium deficiancy where she is taking the calcium, for growing, out of her bones, or a broken back which is very unlikely because she can...
i have just gentley touched one of her back legs and she gripped with it, she she also moved her ankle on the other leg, OMG im going out of my mind here!!
yeah she is still quite dark in colour and her back legs arent dangling in a broken way but they are both slightly bent (obviously at the knee cap). i will tell u when something happens, thank you for putting my mind slightly at rest

i didnt make her drink from it to start with. i had a dripper system in place with a collecting bowl undeneath when it was full she went down and started drinking from it? now im worried that if i dont provide the bowl she will refuse to drink from plants?? can anyone else help??
i rarely see my chameleon drinking off plants when missed. she will often go down to her bowl and gulp that, can i rely on this, does anyones elses chameleons do this??
does anyone know if chameleons can soak water through their skin. is that why we spray them?. i know we spray the plants for humidity and for lapping off the plants.
