The red on her throat is just her color. Female babys typical have that red/orange troat, and the males often have grey/blue troats. Not as save as using the size/shape of the tailbase for sexing babys, because this all so depends on locale. but red or orange troat on a baby is very often a girl...
If he´s only 4 months old he could be an Ankaramy. He has a very thick latteral line typical for Ankaramys. Should develoup more red/pink with every shed now if that what he is.
