Good to see some new pictures of Comet, he looks good - As allways. But he needs to grow up and show us he´s yellow side ;)
My boy fires up yellow as soon as he just catches a glimt of my Ambilobe boy.
I would like to see how many forum members out there actually have Mitsio´s in there care right now? I would like this tread to be a photo tread with some hopefully very nice pictures of young, old, male, female Mitsio´s.
So grap your camera and show us some nice pics. of this awesome locale...
Congratulations with your pretty litle girl. I just love some of the colors the colors the females show of when they matures. So many different colors, but all of them so soft, if you know what i mean.
Thanks Texas panther man. Im on the market for a quality female too. They are not that rare here in Europe, so that shouldnt be a problem. But my first priority right now is a male Ambanja for my 2 females.
Looks like a female Jackson. If you dont know anybody that would be willing to give her the prober care, how about setting her free? There are jaksons on Hawaii anyway, and she is probaply wildcaught in Hawaii anyway.
Thank you for all the great replies, i really appricate it. I will try to reduce her diet a bit, and lower her basking temps too. And finally put in a laying bin just in case she is gravid already, even tho i dont think thats the case.
I Know! And for 200 $ I think i made a steal :D
Actually Mitsio where not my favorit before i saw that flurosent green and yellow in person. Pictures really dont doo him justice... My 2 month older Ambilobe dosent have any vivid colors that comes even close - But hopefully he will get there soon.
Thanks Olimpia :-)
I dont really know how much i acctually feed her, depends on the size of crickets/dubia to. Maybe 10-15 a day. The last month or so she been geting a lot of snacks from nature too. Is i ok to only feed her every other day in that age? How many lets say 3/4-1 inch crickets...
I know. But they cant have eggs at 2,5 months. Look at the first picture, she was fat back then too. I dont have a laying bin in there right now because i seriosly dont think she got eggs. I think the problem is her eating way too much.
