2 different chameleons any help with sex

ambilobe panther sometimes it shows some light blue color but not sure if its a male

k got the new light on them ill post if they start doing any better

light i have a Slimline Reptile Fixture with the factory bulb ill try it instead but they have not moved or opened then eyes since i got them i thought they where pretty small also
