definitely 1/4 inch crickets. My panther has been on 1/4 inch crickets since before I got him and he was 2 months old when I got him. He is now over 3 months and they are between 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch in size that he is eating.
The dual bulb fixture from lightyourreptiles has 1 plug and handles the UVB and the plant light. It is great that it only uses the 1 plug plus it has on/off switches on the side as well. The basking light you will need a separate plug for, that takes you down to just 2 plugs.
Both the Mist King and the AquaZamp are great misting systems. Well worth the cost. People have bought cheaper units and then regret it when they have to go out and buy a different misting system within a year when the one they bought breaks. It is a very good investment with either of the...

You should provide a basking spot for the chameleon. Use a standard household incandescent bulb for this. There is no need for those special basking bulbs. bulb holder with a ceramic base and I would suggest one of the dome ones.
Get the dual bulb setup from lightyourreptiles.com It comes with a 6% or 12% UVB bulb and a 6500 plant bulb. It is a great setup and uses the T5-HO bulbs.
Just buy the dual bulb fixture from lightyourreptiles.com. It comes with n Arcadia 6% or 12% and a 6500 plant light. It is a great fixture with great bulbs. You will only have to replace your UVB light 1 time per year as well.
You would be better off buying from a local breeder. International shipping involves getting CITES and everything else like that because it is exporting and is very costly. There are other members on here that can go into more details.

Yes, just need to make sure the first nozzle in line has a T connection and not the L connection. The standard pump can handle up to 10 nozzles I believe. I run 2 nozzles for my 2'x2'x4' cage to get good coverage.
I have the dual bulb setup from lightyourreptiles that has the Arcadia 6% UVB and the 6500 plant light. My plants are growing very well under these conditions.
What do you mean by shoot out more? The nozzles can't be adjusted to shoot out more water. You can only aim them. If you want more coverage, you will have to get another nozzle.
Hopefully doing so many mistings for 6 minutes each time will not over water your plants. Plants can rot if...
Looks like you have a CFL UVB Bulb. I would suggest switching to a linear so it can stretch across the entire cage. You also get better UVB from the linear bulbs as more of the UVB is direct. Check out the double bulb setup from lightyourreptiles.com
I agree that he needs more water. The spraying for 4 seconds every 2 hours is not nearly enough. Up it to about 30 seconds so that there is enough water getting on all the leaves in the enclosure.
Also can you fill out the how to ask for help form please and be as specific as you can with...
Edgecrusher, he is a good looking guy as well. Him being pissy is a great shot as well. My guy has not puffed up at all yet which I am thankful for. The only thing is my guy does not want to come near us. He kid of hides himself when we open the cage to put his crickets in. I try every 3...
I would just save up and get the proper fixture. the cone fixtures aren't super expensive and are made to handle the longer periods of time on. That is why they have the ceramic base instead of plastic like desk lamps.
