In the spirit of summer around the corner, I thought it might be fun to see some pics of our chams sunbathing =) I'll start it off. Kiddos were in the pool so Venus and I decided to hang out for a bit and get some sunshine.

Is your chameleon actually sleeping or is it curled up for bed? Mine often goes to bed early but doesn't actually sleep until lights out.

I hand spray from an angle at the top of her cage. Many days my little miss will come scurrying over and stretch out for a nice shower. If I can tell she's enjoying it I might spray at less of an angle. I always avoid spraying directly at her head.

Ha! I was all over the original song, though between me and the kids I finally got over it. Even burnt out though, I enjoyed it. Thanks for bumping it ;)

Kiddo number three has managed to hand feed her as well, but he's only 4 so it's very hard for him to sit still long enough for her to be OK with chilling with him.

Thought I'd post a couple more for Karmaleon.

My little girl will only eat them if I hold them. I am not keen on holding them - I'm sure eventually they won't creep me out so much. If they're in the cup she'll come over and take a look at them crawling around, basically shrug her shoulders and leave them be.
