What about calci worms? They are high in calcium and might help fatten him up

I have a similar one to set you press the mode button to what you want to set/see. On mine in is basking temp and out is ambient temp. To adjust or set temp settings you hold the adjust button down for a few seconds. Hope this helps .. Would be more than willing to scan and email my instructions...
