I asked this question on a different forum, What is best to use a UVB tube light or a Powersun UVB? I was told locally the powersun is the best but I was just told on here that the Powersun is to strong, does anyone have advice?

I have a veiled chameleon, I believe she is about 2 1/2 monthes old

I know that I should calcium with D3 roughly two time a month, my question is do I use a multiviatmin every feeding? Also do I need to be using anything else?

I am new to owning my veiled chameleon, I am unsure what is best to use as substarte currently I am using this reptibrick that expands in water. I have heard sand is better to use, any suggestion on what is best? Thank you for the help :)
