    ronnie, be careful not to spray the substrate too much as all the water will go to the bottom of your laying bucket/bin,this is were she will be laying her eggs. this could kill the eggs graeme

    how moist is your substrate & does it hold a tunnel? you could always make a test hole for her,this will save her time if she uses your test hole as her laying site. i use a mix of playsand/eco-earth in all my laying bins hope this helps graeme

    your basking temp is alittle too high (32=90f) for a 6 week old yemen,needs to be about 80-82f then increase as she get older hope this helps graeme

    lucy is probably trying to get away from the heat from your spot bulb,i would also get a cage for it if your going to keep it in the viv,as your little girl may burn herself on it. what are your basking temps? graeme

    Vermiculite

    hi mate i normally soak the vermiculite in a bowl of water for 10-15 mins,then i get a big handful & squeeze it til there is no drops of water coming from the vermiculite,repeat the process til you have enough vermiculite for your incubation tub graeme

    i would seperate them if she is showing gravid colouration,as this will stress her out if you carry on trying too mate her.just make sure you are watering & supplementing her correctly before she lays her eggs. graeme
