Born in February so this is about 4-5 months , not sure whether or not it's a female for sure but I am curious because I would like to be prepared if it is, I really want a male also and I would be looking into breeding them.

Thanks Yup thanks everyone accidents do happen no matter how responsible of a pet owner you are. I have latches and locks on his cage and he is in a room where the cat doesn't have access to him anymore. I was really only asking for help about his scratches not prevention because this obviously...

My cat took my little baby chameleon out of his cage not sure for how long but I found them both alone in a carpeted room upstairs... He was terrified and black in color when I found him, he has been fine the past couple of days he just has so many scratches and I'm not sure if chams can scar ...
