My chameleon loves his Ficus and has nearly eaten the thing bald!! I sometimes see him really tugging on some of the plastic vines he has and it really worries me even though the plastic is strong and hes not managed to pull any off (I always check) He even tried to eat the plastic xmas tree...
I have only ever seen my 6 month old green or brown or spotty! I heard they start showing colours around this age so i showed him himself in the mirror, he looked at himself, looked at me, looked at himself again..........nothing!! Will have to try the shower thing.....

Growing him too fast also worries me. If he is always shedding surely he is growing too fast, no?? On the other hand i dont want to starve him. Its so hard to know when you've got the right balance.
What are the early signs of MBD. I dust his crickets at every other feeding and they are gutloaded with lettuce. Is this ok?
