I don't think there would be enough room for drainage to stack them. I'm sure people have done something similar but I think the cages on the bottom would be too low and the ones on top would be too high.

Do you have a tent? It really gives nice diffuse lighting - and contains the smaller critters! We also have a beauty dish on our light coming through the side which also helps diffuse the light. (photo below)
We recently re-did our melleri free range. We added more plants, the larger rack and more misting nozzles. It wraps around our living room and isn't all visible in the photos but the main section is.
Mine will eat anything they can fit in their mouths ... literally. In addition to all the common feeders they love mantids, luna moths, silk moths, snails .... a few of them like to munch on leaves. Especially the dead brown ones.
I use those water trays. I have small holes drilled in the bottom of the cage and a hole drilled in the bottom of the water tray that drains into the buckets below. The cages are sitting on a wire rack.

thanks! I wasn't too concerned that he would try to eat him but I did try to be careful! I've tried getting pics of babies with the moms but the moms always try to eat them - female veileds will eat anything!
