idk i must just be lucky my plants have been doing awesome even growing well in my little guys cage. i have a rubber tree plant and a umbrella plant in there and they are alright i of courser make sure the window is open so they get alright sun light for like 4 hours a day before the sun moves...

hes looking awesome i cant wait til my little guy gets to the point where his colors really start to come through his. my little guys father had tons of teal on him and hes already starting to show some of those colors.

also try to make sure that the dripper is hitting leafs so that he can drink from them.

sometimes it takes a cham allot longer to get used to being in there new place u have only had him for 4 days it may still be adjusting.

depending on how old he is he might just be getting territorial veils arnt the most sociable chameleons all it means is that he was mad at u and didnt want u to mess with him nothing to worry about to much it happens.
