chams really don't make noise im not 100% but he may have a respitory infection but I don't know for sure I would wait until someone with more experience pops in. But that's just what I Think.
things happen the people in this thread got all huffy because thing thread got off topic and turned in to a storm of pure stupid just focus on your Cham and making sure she is ok the thing that matters now is that your trying to get her fixed up.

Typhoon my veiled hasn't bit me yet but izzy my bearded dragon has I had a meal worm in my hand when she was little and still getting used to me lol didn't hurt to bad but now she's huge it would hurt allot more for her to get me now.

I live in Oregon it gets cold here in winter and all I use is a WalMart rubber maid tub. With screen mesh in a hole I cut out then for heat I just use a red light bulb works fine for me
