I will be sure to post some today! They are pretty easy to care for, in my opinion (once the enclosure is set up). I think they are adorable, I love having the new addition to the collection!
Thank you! :)
I love that angry look they have, too. Very judgmental little faces on them :) The...
Introducing... Fili and Kili! These two little gals are so tiny, and so fun to watch! See if you can spot them! (Picture 3 is only of their environment)
Goodmorning from the Cami Chameleons! Everyone was waking up and looking so lovely today, so I figured we would post some pictures up :)
First is Bagheera, the 11 month old Ambilobe
Then Del Sol, the 1.5 year old Veiled
Next is Azteca, the 4(ish) month old Ambilobe
Finally, it's Kili the R...
Wow, Jann, she is awesome! LOVE her colors, my fiance just remarked that he could hardly believe a female had those colors! If she ever has any baby girls, let me know :) We want another little veiled girl someday, and Sadie is absolutely stunning!
Might I recommend purchasing one from a breeder on here instead? I think you will find a huge difference in quality on this forum than that of the pet shop! :)
Thank you everyone for your compliments! We are already talking about plans of how to re-do the chameleon room when we get married, and what kind of chameleon to get next :) He is awesome!
Actually come to think of it, he has helped me get all 6 of my chameleons! First is Bagheera, then Del Sol, then Azteca, then the Pygmies: Thorin, Fili, and Kili. Thank you all for the well-wishes and kind words! We are all so happy in our little zoo! :)
I have been a bad blogger, and did not mention that I am now ENGAGED! We are getting married in July, and what did he get me for graduation, birthday, AND Christmas this year? 3 different species of chameleons spread out. Love this guy, can not wait to begin our new life together!
The horse...
Just measured it, and you are correct! Couldn't find my tape-measure earlier, whoops. Any suggestions for this species? It is so fun adding to the chameleon collection!
I'm going to pick up some branches at the pet store later! It will look so much better with that. As for gallons I am not sure... Somewhere between 10 and 20! I was given this whole setup, I was super happy with it! :)
One day and counting until the 3 new R. Temporalis chameleons arrive! Thought I would post a picture real quick of the enclosure coming together. Picking up more hiding homes for them today! :D
