If he is a younger panther I would'nt be worried about it. One of my panthers started out the usual pink and is now completely green. Im sure he is in the stage of getting that green mouth.

This is common. I'm not sure of what the cause of it is but its normal. When my baby veileds hatch they do this action for a couple of months. Nothing to worry about :)

It depends how long your gonna have one chameleon. If you are planning on getting more like in the next 2 or 3 months I would just get the ultimate misting system. Mist king is great I have had my pump for over 6 months pumping 8 misting heads and it hasn't had any problems yet.
I just took him to the vet and there gonna take him for the weekend and give him a calcium injection and hydrate him. The vet is great! Its only gonna cost $70 for everything!
