Yeah. I think I may get a veiled. I don't know. I'm very sad that she passed. She went way down hill today. She was doing okay earlier today and then she got really weak. Totally sucks.
I ordered from Fluker's! I called and left a message because it was after hours when I received the package. They should call me tomorrow. If not, I'll be calling them again. They are meal worms, by the way.
Grabby died. :(
Okay, gotcha. I emailed the suggested vet and I'm going to see what he says about prices. Her phoenix worms came today. She's not trying to show any interest though.
Her eyes are looking a whole lot better. They are dark, but no where near as sunken in as they were. So, Petco or Petsmart sell live ficus plants? I never noticed that. I used to spend a lot of time in Petsmart.
Okay, with all that said what else can I do for her at home? I have no clue if Petsmart bought her from a bulk farm or she was wild caught or not. All I know is there has to be something else I can do for her at home. She doesn't weeze. She doesn't gape all the time. She has thick saliva...
Wow. I'm glad you all aren't blaming me, but I asked for what she needed when I bought her. I assumed the pet store would know how to care for what they sell, my bad for thinking so. I did change everything I could for her. I built her a home and everything. I don't think she's on her death...
Sorry! She is pooping...I saw it on the bottom and I watched her hike up a leg and poop today. She has not eaten in awhile. She does that occasionally, but I make sure I mist her if she's doing that. I take it that she's thirsty. She'll drink after that too.
Nope. I had to handle her before to get her to eat the mealworms, and now I put them in a little container inside her home. She doesn't pay them any attention. I'm thinking she's gone on a hunger strike. I'm expecting crickets and phoenix worms any day now, so hopefully she'll decide to eat...
Temps/Humidity
Okay peeps, I spruced up her cage a bit. I have plants...not live...but they provide lots of coverage for her. So, check that off the list. When live plants come into season and I can find one that will fit in her cage, that'll be an option. Next, she doesn't need a top yet...
