It's female. Also, she looks underfed. I understand she has to be hand fed, but you should make an effort to feed her more (I'm not criticizing you).

I would out the nozzles inside the cage. There's a product called the RainDome which does exactly what you explained - sprays it onto the screen which falls in large droplets like rain - however I feel like simply putting the nozzle inside the cage is easier.
Yeah, one nozzle in either of the back corners facing in will mist over a good portion of the cage. However, two nozzles would also work if you wanted a greater amount of water! An example would be misting some species of "montane" chameleons or...C. parsonii - who I hear are stubborn drinkers...
There really is no need for lighting at night. Chameleons don't need it; very few reptiles need it. It is actually beneficial to have a nighttime temperature drop. Unless your temperatures are dropping below 15C (approximately 60), I wouldn't be concerned. I doubt your house is less than 15...
If they're WC, there is a fair chance the female is already gravid. Even is she isn't gravid, I would not force breeding on her at this critical point in her acclimation period. Keep her separate for a couple months, make sure she's feeding, getting corrects supplementation, etc, before you...
