    Respitory Infection?

If you want to lower the temps put in a lower watt bulb. I use 40's and sometimes elevate my clip fixture if it is on a young cham cage so they don't get too hot.

    Meet Elton

This is my Ambanja Elton. He is really a blue boy and I think he's great! He is almost a year old now and has met his first receptive lady. He performed admirably and will go for day 2 tomorrow because I didn't exactly see the event, only the bobbing, clutching and submissive behavior of the...

    My boy all flarred up!

I have had some pretty colorful females at 2-3 months. Until the bulge is more pronounced sometimes it is hard to tell. However, It does look like the tail is rather thick for a female.

    Chameleon sleeping spots

This is where Merlin my big male veiled sleeps. It is a place we have over his "Daddy's" desk. He has to have the paper to go behind or he stays awake. He roams around for awhile on his desk or his chair and then heads up towards his rope. There is a stick for him to climb up and he does...then...

Can a female panther have this coloration?

In order to be sure we need to see a picture of his hemipene area...you know, his tail where his cloaca is.

What do you people think of my stack in progress

What are you animals are you enclosing in these class cages? Most chameleons need screened cages to let air circulate.

    Possible shedding with picture

At that age a better feeding goal is 6 1/4" to 1/2" 2x/day. You want to give it all he will eat but not leave crickets in the cage. You will soon find out how many he will eat per day. As time goes by you can add extra in the first feeding to see if he will eat more per day. He looks...

    Dubia roaches in FL

Why would you want to do something illegal. Discoids are just as nutritious. In fact, they even look like dubia. I read an article in the paper where this guy spent a year in jail and had to pay a BIG chunk of $$$ for having dubia in Florida. Please don't bring them in just because....There is...

    Dubia roaches in FL

I raised and bred Discoids for a couple years. They breed like crazy, just like Dubias. All you do to keep them happy is to toss in some food and they are happy. You'll have babies running around in no time. Unfortunately, we had the exterminator spray our attic and I wasn't home to move my...

    Serko body shed

I see rocks in the bottom of your cage, how about putting rocks in the bottom of your plant so he can't eat anything in the pot? Sorry to get off topic. Is this outside in your garden? Then you sure don't need to put rocks in your garden plants! LOL
