    for those of you that raise silkies from egg, how in the world do you get them from the petri dish to the keeper? i am moving them as the instructions say, but they are so small, i ended up just putting the petri dish in the keeper and hoping the rest of them will find their way. thanks everyone.

    i have read that you should limit your number of males in your colony. my problem is when i got them i probably have a one male to one female ratio. what does everyone do with their extra males besides feed them off? i have two ambanja about 4.5 months old so i cant feed them off. any suggestions?

    dubia food?

    i am feeding my dubia endive,kale,flukers cricket food, and dry dog food, and watering with flukers water crystals. it doesnt seem like they eat much, any suggestions? i have had a few die, and the temp is around 75, but warmer where their eggcrates are because of the heating pad.

    can i feed my dubia pretty much anything? i am feeding flukers cricket food, and kale and endive right now, but while developing a colony can i feed them anything from table scraps to dog food? i wont be feeding any to my chams for a few months.

    basking is 90_95 ambient is 70_75. he wasnt in the coolest part of his cage, he was in his small ficus under his basking branch. also i dont thuink he is about to shed, because he colors back up when hunting or moving around.

    from what i have heard on these forums you should get rid of the sand and replace it with papertowels. also what kind of plant do you have in there, as many of them are toxic to chams.
