I really need to know if feeding miller moths to my chameleon is ok.... is there any type of moth specificaly that you cannot feed to chameleons?

every onther week, i go from my moms house to my dads house, or visa versa... and i have to take my animals back and fourth. I will be getting my chameleon in a week or so and i am sooooo excited!! but i am concerned that he will be stressed when i bring him in the car. its only like a 15 min ride.
