I'll be your proof-reader if I could look over your shoulder to learn what you know :)
I used to say that about my favorite animator when I used to be a modeler (3D animation)...only it was "I'd serve him coffee if I could blah, blah, blah, blah"
Ever heard of Lake Isabella? We have a house in Weldon that we go to on occasion. We used to live there and I can't wait to move back (maybe 5 more years though) We did all of our real shopping in Bakersfield...small world huh.
Tomorrow they'll make you run 4 miles to make up for not running...
The rain hasn't hit you yet??? We're a little south of you and it's a rainin. My jacksons were diggin the weather here today though!!
You guy looks like he's loving it.
I use aquarium silicone all the time on cages without a problem. I wait until the smell is gone before I put the cham in...that's just me though :)
BTW I loved your video it was adorable!
Good question.
I generally think about how the animal (any animal) get it's food. Since chameleons are arboreal then I think of flying insects and crawling things. But meal worms and crickets are usually earthbound (not in trees) and they eat those while in captivity.
I'm curious as to...
So far I've purchased discoids, silkworms, Dubai's and Phoenix worms for "treats". All my chameleons don't really like them. both girls like superworms and sometimes will eat a silkworm but my male jackson...absolutely nothing but crickets.
The male of my first chameleons (pair of globifers) was free range on 2 huge pothos hooked together by a branch. He had a "latrine" bowl where he would go and a sleep spot every night. It seems all of my chams have a night time place but his was the cutest.
Hi Rachael,
Your husband is right. I rarely hold mine. Only to inspect, medicate or move them. There is no snuggling of the chameleons in this house...that's what my dogs and horses are for :)
I help keep their (the chameleons) stress level down, they are very stressful...
Wazzz up with this happening on superbowl week-end
Hi Rachel,
I think Nosy Be's are just beautiful.
You found the right place I love talking chameleons :D

Okay, I'm the type of person that can't watch political debates because they make me uncomfortable. This thread is making me uncomfortable. People turn to this forum for advise and should never feel like they're being attacked or even chastised. Let's end this thread unless it's congratulating...
