I think you need to take her to a vet. I realize that might not happen quickly due to the weekend but you should be finding a vet in your area. This is not a small problem.
I still recommend you complete the form. You can post it here to see if someone can offer helpful suggestions, but you...
His spikes won't become necrotic if that's what you are concerned about. I'm sure your vet was suggesting waiting at least until the next shed. As long as there is no shed around a growing limb (or tail) it should be fine to leave it. As Laurie said, get that humidity up.
It's possible she might never lay. It's thought that with very controlled feeding and somewhat lower than "normal" temps, females might not make eggs at all or make them very infrequently and not make many when they do.
If she were going to lay you would probably see her get big, probably be...
Ya know....
I think that there are lots of situations and some situations might make a compact fluorescent the better choice.
The board standard recommendation is a UVB tube with an incandescent heat bulb.
But there's a lot of room for variance there and recognizing that is not a bad thing at...
If you have a reptile store nearby, they will probably have it. If not, it's available online.
In a pinch, there are a few DIY options:
1) You can buy a cuttle bone. They are sold for birds (I can buy them at the grocery store, that's how common they are). Grind that as fine as possible...
If you have a pump garden type sprayer you can pump it up without water in it, stick the wand down into the water and aerate it without resorting to the straw.
Psycho Killer is the best!!! Love that song. I always said, "First there were The Beatles, then there was Talking Heads"....you cannot imagine how much I adore them. I saw them in 1978 at San Diego State in a little classroom...David Byrne sweat on me!!!
I saw them in LA for the "Fear of...
That's very cool. Lovely cover. I googled it and it doesn't look like it's worth much but for something neat on the shelf? It's great and for someone who likes chameleons? Why not?
Okay, both of these are many years ago.
After my sister's first wedding in Lake Tahoe, we were walking to the reception through the snow, I slipped and face planted. I couldn't catch myself because I was holding expensive camera equipment in my hands. I kept them out of the snow!! My soon...
Miss Lily, your daughter should still get pap smears. The vaccine only protects against 2 forms of HPV, I believe there are 4 or 5 which are known to cause cervical cancer.
So, by that logic, ants and fleas--which are far smaller than crickets--can't bite us? I think we all know that's wrong.

Yes, as noted, the black ones are very aggressive. In addition, I found they were bottom dwellers while the brown crickets almost instantly climb to the top of the cage. As the chameleon is closer to the top of the cage it only makes sense to get the feeders who hang out in his range.
I think if you end up staying, your family can "bring you along" with video and photographs and, once they return, they can relive it and share it with you in very special ways.
I simply could not enjoy myself if I was constantly worried about my pets --and I would worry constantly.
