Also how do you guys keep you chams hydrated in a fr? Do you still mist? What about keeping humidity up?

My issue was also my crickets where so small they would crawl through the cage... Cup feeding would fix this.

I have never got him to hand feed inside his cage he only hand feeds outside his cage. The closest thing I can do to hand feeding I place the cricket on a vine and he eats it up immediately. I also do understand that some chameleons never like being held. I just hope I got one that does. But...

I was in a similar situation as you. I got a new chameleon and he wouldn't eat. After some time he got settled in and now he eats like a pig. Don't worry. Just make sure your temps are all good. Good luck!
