Yeah he's about five months old and i have to feed him in a cup cuz he is a bit too young for his cage at the moment :o

My feeder "cup" lip is only about two inches on the shortest side and i havn't had a problem of them getting out, but then again Trunks likes to eat em as soon as i put em in the feeder. so im sure a 5in. cup is okay and it isn't too deep for your cham if he is above it ;)
