That is too strong but you do need uvb lighting and a basking lamp. Anything else would just be for plants and extra lighting for the enclosure. It would serve no purpose to the chameleon

Looks like a female to me. I don't see any kind of bulge in the slightest. Colors look to be female but I have a male Panther that had very feminine colors as a juvenile. Good luck with your little lady! Make sure you read up on laying bins! I've heard they can start laying eggs pretty early on!

Yeah I don't think a brush of any kind near the eye is a good idea. I will try to spray with warm water. It doesn't look like she's to me either. Eye booger seems more fitting. But if the water doesn't help them I guess I will have to take him to the vet. I haven't seen him run it on anything...

It's just soo funny to me because rottsko was just SOOOOOOO sure he was female. I was a bit skeptical at first I have to admit, but there is no doubt now. His bulge is showing and his colors are getting so bright. I am so happy he is male. I feel a little bad for giving the seller a hard time.
