i use supers as a steady diet . if supers should only be 20% of diet because of fat, what would you all recommend the other 80 % be ? thanks for advice. im worried i was steered wrong by a breeder :(

thank you mychamtini ! I never knew of the high in fat factor and small stomachs for gut loading. should i switch my veiled from supers to roaches ? do roaches gut load ? when i pick up roaches from my local reptile store i feed them to the veiled immediately so i never feed the roaches...
