Aw man sorry to hear that.... :( What would be the live food to veggies and fruits ratio. And do they start eating less crickets as they get older? I know that that is the case with iguanas. Can they also have othjer feeders like meal worms and dubia roaches etc?

I picked up a cool mist humidifier from walmart for 30 and it has no filter so its alot easier to clean. It was in the baby section btw lol.

I too have a jackson male with the same issue. Didn't really think much of it. If it is a issue I'd like to see what other people have to say as well. FYI chris, your chams actions are exactly like mine and I have about the same setup with a few differences.

Same here I have a schefflera that I got from Home depo for 10 bucks, and it came with three plants in it. BTW I've heard that veilds and panthers like to chew on some of the leaves, but my jackson has never chewed on his. Just a question to present: are jacksons known to eat plants as well...

Yup that happens to me too. You'll probably want to clean the leaves once a week as well. I hand mist my plants and after a few days of misting I do get some white stuff on the leaves which prevents water from beading on them. My guy only drinks from the leaves so for me keeping the leaves...

How would a montane species do in an outside cage in Texas? I would assume tha it would just be ok in the cooler times of the year since they don't have too much of a tolerance to heat.

we have those in Texas too. I know them as a common gecko.
