my male panther is one yr old. i can not hold him or even get near him he opens his mouth and gets bigger. what i want to know is will he bite me?

will a panther bite he opens his mouth then i pull my hand back. will he bite me if i try to put my hand under him?

i have a 1 yr old panther. he is doing great but every time i try to hold him he wants to bite me. I can not get my hand close to him. he will blow up and gasp at me. always on guard even when passing the the cage he will turn to side of branch away from me any tips please. thanks

he is 4 m old and i have him for 10 days. i can not get my hand close to him without him opening his mouth and throat getting big. what can i do wanted to put him in shower to make sure he is getting enough water. he is healthy and is eating is no problem. thanks

if i lay a thermometer on the branch horizontal it will go over 100 if i lay it vertical so the light is not beating down on it its 85 degrees same as surface temp. which is correct ? confusing

yes that said would the surface temp on a branch of 85 degrees be ok for a basking spot.

i tested this one with some thermometers around the house it was very accurate + - 1degree

Its a panther 4 m old and the panther is in a finished basement that is on the dark side, he does not move around until the lights go on and there is activity in that room at night. By 10 pm he goes to his sleep spot. Will that work with those conditions
