I would keep the humidity high during the day and higher than normal (not too high) at night. All chams are different so she might or might not try to. You could put plants in her way on her branches so she has to climb through them and possibly rub it off.
This should not be necessary. Lots of live plants and high humidity are all it should take. My chameleon rubs against his biovines to get it off. Does she have something to scrub herself against?

When they are babies they grow a lot very quickly, and therefore shed a lot. Adults grow very very slowly, and should shed much less, but regularly.
Chameleons don't stop growing. So should always shed throughout it's lifetime.
A shed skin means your chameleon growing. The new scales are usually more colorful or vibrant because as chameleons grow older their colors become more fabulous. It's not exactly better skin, or even new skin. A shed won't heal a burn or serious skin damage so I wouldn't consider it new.

There is a shelf on the back support beam for smaller plants like pothos and spider plants. You can see it on the video.
Planting the hibiscus in it tomorrow. I can't wait to use it.

I'm sorry it's off topic and doesn't answer your question Jann, but wow!

Is there a Starbucks within 3 miles of your house?
I recently got a baby crestie.
It's my only one as of now, but I will eventually have 2 or 3. My luck i'll get addicted and end up breeding.
My baby is unnamed still. Many names come to mind but I really want to know the sex.
